Read Boulevard in Rochester, is an integrated business model providing jobs and training to adults of all abilities. Proceeds from Special Touch Bakery benefit Holy Childhood.

Supported Employment Services
supported_employAssists students and adults in pursuing competitive employment in the Rochester community with job coach support. Holy Childhood Supported Employment Services offers specialized programs such as OPWDD Funded Intensive and Extended Supported Employment, Employment Training Program, Pathways to Employment and ACCES-VR.

Note: For all referrals – please remit current copies of the following required information to nzelesnikar@holychildhood.org

Insurance Cards – Medicaid Benefit Card and all other insurances the person is covered by.

Most recent psychological evaluation and social evaluation (MSC).

Current Life Plan (or addendum done by Care Coordinator) listing “Article 16 Clinic, Holy Childhood” to providers section required on approval before start of services.
