Volunteering

Holy Childhood is in need of volunteers to assist with various fundraising activities and events throughout the year.  Volunteers serve in a variety of roles, whether that be selling candy bars during our Annual Candy Bar Sale fundraiser, assiting during one of our golf tournaments, volunteering at our annual Wegmans Wine at Center Ice event, or monitoring a hole at our annual or ladies golf tournaments. New opportunities are added throughout the year, so check back often or call our Development Office to find out what’s coming up next!  Thank you for supporting Holy Childhood!  We couldn’t do it without you!

Do you enjoy helping out at events?

We host several events every year and can always use help on the day of for setup, cleanup, registration, and much more.  This opportunity is perfect for the volunteer who has a flexible schedule and enjoys interacting with the community. Are you a student needing to complete service hours?

We welcome high school and college students to visit Holy Childhood and participate in projects and/or events designed to compliment their academic work or community service needs. Please contact Rose Marie Pape with your project requirements (hours needed, anticipated date of completion, and desired outcomes) as soon as possible.

Is your company looking for an opportunity to give back and build team spirit?

We routinely host groups from local companies for days of service at our agency. Consider bringing your group here on Day of Caring!  Other dates are scheduled based on agency needs and the availability of a mutually agreeable date. • Painting
• Weeding and/or Mulching
• Cleaning of building interior
• Cleaning of outside windows
